01General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the KKPB platform and the user. They apply to the use of the kkpb.ws website, mobile application, and all associated services.

• KKPB operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform.
• These terms are published in both English and Bangla. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
• Kkpb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service on the platform at any time without prior notice.
• All content, trademarks, and logos displayed on the platform are the intellectual property of kkpb.

These Terms are incorporated with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms, and together form a single unified agreement.

02Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with kkpb, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Users must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may operate one account only.
• A valid email address and active mobile number are required for registration.

03Account Security

04Deposits & Withdrawals

• No processing fees on deposits.

Kkpb follows international standards for anti-money laundering (AML). kkpb reserves the right to temporarily suspend accounts pending investigation of any suspicious transactions.

05Bonuses & Promotions

Kkpb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the specific terms and conditions carefully before using any offer.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible account holders only.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is specified individually.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time after the bonus is credited.
• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Kkpb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

06Betting Rules

• Confirmed bets or games cannot be cancelled.
• Kkpb reserves the right to void any bet or game result that has been affected by a technical error.
• Kkpb is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnections during live betting.
• In Sports Betting, outcomes are determined only after the official result has been announced.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game and event.

07Responsible Gaming

• Session Limit: Set a limit on your continuous gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Long-term or permanent account closure option.

08Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkpb platform and will result in immediate action:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through fraud, hacking, or software manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using bots or automated software to operate games.
• Using coordinated betting strategies (collusion) against the platform.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

09Account Closure & Suspension

Kkpb may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Due to prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• By order of the regulatory authority.

If an account is closed with a valid remaining balance and no rule violations have occurred, the user will have the opportunity to withdraw their funds. This option will be suspended for accounts under investigation.

10Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please follow the steps below:

• Step 1: Email us at support@kkpb.ws with full details. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
• Step Two: If you are not satisfied with the Support Team's decision, you may escalate the matter to Senior Management.
• Step Three: If both parties fail to reach an agreement, the matter will be resolved through a neutral third-party mediator.

When submitting a complaint, please include your account ID, transaction ID, and a detailed description of the issue along with any supporting evidence. This helps us resolve your case faster.

11Terms Modification Policy

Kkpb reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• For significant changes, users will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance.
• Minor changes (such as spelling corrections or clarifications) may take effect without prior notice.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• The date of any changes will be published under the "Last Updated" section at the top of the page.
